All shipping of serialized and non serialized parts can be handled through us because we are a licensed FFL dealer.   We are happy to provide a FILE copy of our FFL to you or your shipping source when requested.  For serialized parts and complete firearms, we are required to ship it back to the address that is listed on your government issued ID (i.e. driver's license, passport, military ID, etc.)  that you provide, or alternatively to another FFL holder of your choosing.

​*Slides have serial numbers but do not require shipping through an FFL. Slides can be shipped via USPS in flat rate boxes as a cost effective option.

GENERAL FIREARM SALES


All firearms, magazines, receivers and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines, and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering. All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's box, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the factory within 1 year of purchase for repair. Accessories and special order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all accessories and special order items. 


​*For modifications handguns must be shipped overnight by a contract carrier.  Please do not use your local post office.  We do not know the consequences of shipping it any other way, but we do know it is a law and why risk it?


Current estimated Glock frame work wait time is 6-8 weeks unless otherwise noted. Receiver/Clone engraving wait time is 8-10 weeks unless otherwise noted, and is dependent on the scope & scale of the project. Many small, non serialized engraving projects that do not require extensive rendering or coating may be under a week. All wait times quoted are estimates and actual turnaround may be less or more depending on additional variables. Wait times are calculated from time of receipt, not from when it is shipped.


Anything that we work on, finish or build is covered by our limited lifetime warranty.  If your your firearm finish ever cracks, peels, chips, or breaks as a result of our workmanship, we will repair, replace, or refinish it at no cost to you, to and from shipping included.  We can not cover excessive wear from normal use (i.e. holster marks, blemishes from dropping or abuse, etc.).  We also cannot warranty guns that are used is a police or military application.  Our return policy is that if you are unhappy with our work, or with any products you receive from us, please feel free to contact us, and we will correct the issue right away.  If you decide you do not want any product you buy from us, we will accept returns within 15 days of you receiving the product, given the items are unaltered from the condition we shipped them in.


As soon as you receive them back from us.  All of our finishes are fully cured when they are shipped back to you. 


In general, we do not offer blanket discounts or discount codes. All of our customers are equally important to us, however pricing may be variable based on returning customers or long time support of our business. Discounted rates are solely at the discretion of the owners and should not be asked for or expected. 



We do not offer expedited services for a fee, as that would undermine the other customers who are patiently waiting for their work to be completed. There is no way to "hold your place on the list" or "contact you when your turn is up", as the only form of commitment we accept is to have your item on hand. 



We accept Returns on any product that has failed due to manufacturing error. We stand behind our products. If they fail on you, we will make it right.

Our products are shipped within 7 Days using the following carriers: USPS  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Once work has started on a project we are not able to offer refunds. Under no circumstances will we refund the cost of our services agreed upon and begun, such as engraving, machine work, etc. Once your work is complete, you are responsible for paying your invoice to receive your item. 


​*Invoices not paid in full after 30 days will result forfeiture of items. Items will then be sold to recover shop labor and materials.


​* We will not cover replacement cost of any component that has evidence of RED LOCTITE or similar product applied. 


​* Do not ship your firearm with expensive aftermarket parts. In the event that the shipping carrier loses your frame, we will not cover the cost of aftermarket parts that were included with the frame. We only need your stripped frame or slide to complete our services. The only item that this does not apply to is if you are sending in a mag-well and would like the borders to wrap around it.
